  • HARRISON

    FOUNDER & PERSONAL TRAINER

    Harrison is an experienced level 3 qualified Personal Trainer and level 4 qualified Nutrition Coach.

    Harrison is an expert at programming and had a fantastic mentor during his early years of personal training.

    He also has a wealth of experience coaching individuals with special educational needs and disabilities and has a particular interest in working with individuals with Pathological Demand Avoidance.

    His current clients would describe him as a calm and approachable coach, with great technical knowledge.

  • LAURA

    FOUNDER & PERSONAL TRAINER

    Laura is a level 3 qualified Personal Trainer. She has a lot of experience of working with young people and adults with SEND, both practically and behind the scenes.

    Laura’s experience ranges from working at summer camps for young people with Special Educational Needs, along with various volunteer projects during her university degree.

    In addition, Laura spent 5 years working as a Special Education Solicitor. She acted on behalf of parents to ensure that children received suitable provision and were allocated suitable school placements via Education, Health and Care Plans. This has led to Laura having a deeper understanding of the needs of individuals with SEND.

  • ILANA

    PERSONAL TRAINER

    Ilana is our coach in training. She has a creative and teaching background, with experience working with children with SEND.

    Ilana has her level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification and helps take our morning and evening group sessions.

All of our team have completed level 3 safeguarding training, first aid training and hold enhanced DBS checks, as well as additional training in sensory processing and integration, Developmental Coordination Disorder, Autism, Mental health and Pathological Demand Avoidance.

Faye Nugent

Faye is a Specialist Speech and Language Therapist in Complex Needs and Sensory Integration Practitioner. She is focused on helping children and young adults navigate communication and sensory difficulties. With a compassionate and client-centred approach, she strives to create meaningful solutions and support.

Libby Hill

Libby, of Small Talk Speech and Language Therapy, is a multi-award winning speech and language therapist with over 30 years experience. She specialises in Autism, Pathological Demand Avoidance and Selective Mutism.
